I suspect she is still right wing but Palin and Trump might push her to the light.

They don't try and sell any of the right wing propaganda memo stuff...Call things out based on analysis logically.

It's about Palin and Steve and Nicole's response to her which was horror. They both worked for McCain and Nicole says in the movie that she didn't vote because she hated Palin so bad.

Not voting is a big deal for us politicos.

I remember his being far to the right of even Dick Armey during the Clinton years.

Once, when asked about a Transportation Department funding logjam, he said simply: "let'em walk!"

I remember seeing him on C-Span a few years back, giving what was supposed to be a comic talk to some executive kind of group(might have been the Commonwealth Club in San Francisco) which began with a stream of racist jokes, all of which bombed with an audience he clearly assumed would love that kind of material).

They like to couch racist humor in terms of "defying political correctness" - but as you pointed out they're playing to the gallery, and they know it.

Plus, I doubt O'Rourke himself enjoys Irish jokes.

I quit watching Bill Maher years ago. They were buddies and loved spewing libertarian bs and laughing at each others' jokes.

"I was always with the resistance! From the inside!" Will say Joe Scarborough.

I mean, I do welcome their arc. Glad they're no longer peddling pure evil. But anyone who supported conservative anything or anyone in the last fifty years does not get my actual attention.

They apparently have finally discovered the difference between their ass and a hole in the ground! Wow!

Well, that's nice. Pardon me while I listen to Randi Rhodes and Sam Seder.

I guess they'll be hiring Matt Drudge shortly, for purposes of gender equality.
