New York Times has excellent coverage of Harvey

Times also has maps of teh area, showing areas of flooding, all the rivers, bayous, etc. and even income mapping...most of the lower income is getting hit the hardest.

NYT has dropped the pay wall for all Harvey coverage.
I am impressed by the breath of it the reports there.
