She's blowing it up tonight.
KA-BOOM.
How THREE Russian Banks worked with Trump campaign.
Turn. It. On. NOW!
Update 1:
Tying together the following:
Alpha Bank Servers communicating with Trump Campaign servers during campaign
Jared Kushner's concealment of VTB Bank
How Sperbank, VTB and Alpha Bank have execs hand picked by Putin and most are former or even current FSB members (Sperbank had spy expelled by US).
Update 2:
Pulls in ties of Deutsche Bank and how documents handed over by Trump's lawyer to investigative committees today were also released to press to put spin on them. But what they show is that Trump's praise of Putin was timed with critical moments of the Moscow Trump Tower deal and these banks' involvement in the project.
Update 3:
Ivanka Trump's staff admitted (today, with the release of the above documents) that she toured the Kremlin and sat in Putin's chair (but she was only a tourist... yeah right).
Update 4:
WaPo Journalist, Carol Leonnig says there is a bigger story yet. Direct collusion is provable as well as Trump's concealment of it and that a deal was in fact done and Russia acted on it.

(20,679 posts)It was a possible hotel deal in russia while he was campaigning. He figured he'd lose, so, he might as well make a great deal while he's on the world political stage.
Yup. Busted.

(23,313 posts)I thought that stuff only happened to me!?!?! I have to literally SAY "Okay family, Mama just punched out. I am OFF duty. You're on your own." My quiet time is for everyone's safety.

(16,177 posts)I have two particularly hard-headed examples, so last night involved a too-shallow pan of boiling oil on a gas stove and the sounds of an argument over safety procedures, with a serious communication and generation gap layered on top. Oh, family time...sigh.

(4,341 posts)type "the rachel maddow show" and it will take you there. I don't have cable so that is how I watch it. They will only publish the day's program after the second and final showing. I would imagine that is at about 09:00pm on the West coast.

(4,673 posts)Her comment about there being a bigger story, was after comments about lying, etc.
The bigger story she said is about the Trump Tower deal, Sater, and Cohen - with Sater offering to deliver Putin's kind words about Trump, and Cohen then talking to a bud of his close to Putin about wanting the Tower deal to go through, wink wink we know how things are done in Russia.
The benefit to both was - Trump would come off as a great negotiator, able to warm relations with Russia, and for Putin it was the same thing - warming US relations.

(492 posts)Rachel's podcast is available for free on iTunes. They only have video of the first segment but they have a full audio version as well.
PBass
(1,537 posts)I listen to the audio version. Sometimes you miss out on some of the graphics and video, but most of the time it doesn't matter... the video is available elsewhere, the graphics reinforce the audio content, etc.
What you do get is Rachel's analysis, great guests, and you can listen anytime you want (show is not archived, it's updated daily).

(4,341 posts)the issue with Ivanka sitting on Putin's chair? Is that with Putin on the chair, or without him?
I am just puzzled about this, not sure of the significance.
