Soon to be former US Senators before and after the 2018 elections and their replacement.

Former US Senators before the 2018 elections.
AL-Strange-R/Moore-R
NJ-Menendez-D
Scenario 1-Menendez-D is forced to resign before Murphy-D becomes governor.-A Republican succeeds Menendez-D but is likely to loose in the special election to a Democrat.
Scenario 2-Menendez-D resigns after Murphy-D becomes governor.-A Democrat suceeds Menendez-D
Could Corzine-D win his old US Senate Seat?
Former US Senators after the 2018 elections
AZ-Flake-R/Sinema-D or Stanton-D
CA-Feinstein-D/Garcetti-D
IN-Donnelly-D/Messer-R or Rokita-R
MO-McCaskill-D/Hawley-R
NV-Heller-R/Rosen-D
UT-Hatch-R/McMullin-I/R

Johnson and Wisniewski would be easy wins:

Murphy, Philip Dem 241,353 48%
Johnson, Jim Dem 109,260 22%
Wisniewski, John Dem 107,872 22%

I'm not alone in saying that in our Activism circles - when it came to these three . . . Which awesome candidate do I pick. IE never had such a hard time voting.

I lean towards Johnson because it would be a massive bird flip to the racists in this country.

I voted for and supported Murphy because at the end of the day - he's the guy who worked for the guy who whooped the Republicans twice. Bird flip!

Yeah - no need for Corzine when Jim and John would be amazing candidates.

It doesn't look good now, but nor did it 6 years ago. There won't be any more "legitimate rape" gaffes to help this time, but there could always be something else.
