Because normally, it would have plummeted with everything going on with Harvey and the Arpaio pardon.

I used to do some financial analysis at an investment bank and we would see trends in our charts of earnings going up or down. And this trend is not is not his friend. I see more of an erosion. Him making an appearance at a photo op taking away valuable resources will not work in his favor. He could have waited until the water started to dissipate?

Trump can't wait that long to claim credit.

As far as the trend, I agree--look at the Gallup graph, and the chasm is yawning wider. 60 and 35 used to be his all-time high/low. Now it's the new normal, it seems.

We desperately need to keep him there or lower for the rest of his tenure, however long that tenure will be. We never want that malignant clown to see 50.

...it's been at 34%. Every time I hear a report that he's dropped again in the polls, it's still just at 35%. What's the drop? I don't get it.

and is just phoning in the same results, day after day, instead of actually phoning respondents.

During the Vietnam War, the L.A. Times wondered if readers were actually paying attention to its war coverage. It ran the same story every day for a week on its front page. No one called in about it.

lawmakers who should be criticizing his every step - attempting to defund FEMA by hundreds of millions, defunding flood prevention programs by 90 million, defunding parts of the National Insurance Program, eliminating special flood- zone building standards, and the denial of climate change, etc?
