It's times like this I sorely miss having a President. (Original Post) Tommy_Carcetti Aug 2017 OP

KELLY: When you get to Texas you have to show compassion for the people who've lost their homes.

SCROTUS: Compassion?

KELLY: Yeah, you know. You feel sorry for them because they've lost their homes and all their possessions.

SCROTUS: They can get another house and more stuff. I have a lot of homes. The best homes. What's wrong with those people that they can't get more homes?

KELLY: Maybe because they don't have enough money? And no flood insurance?

SCROTUS: Did they vote for me?

KELLY: Probably some of them did.

SCROTUS: I saw on the TV that some of them are, you know.... the kind of people who didn't vote for me. Do I have to pretend to feel sorry for them, too?

KELLY: Yes.

SCROTUS: Do I have to hug any of them? Obama hugged people. I don't hug because of germs. And Obama did it.

KELLY: That's up to you. But hugging looks good on TV.

SCROTUS: Ohh... Damn.... I'll have to think about that.

KELLY: Just go there and act sympathetic. Ask people how they're doing. Say the stuff about thoughts and prayers and all that and tell them they'll get all the money they need, no matter how much it costs.

SCROTUS: But what about the wall? We need money for the wall until Mexico pays up.

KELLY: (sigh) Forget about the wall.

SCROTUS: I'll tell McConnell and those other douchebags in Congress that they have to approve the wall or Houston doesn't get any money. Anyhow I bet there are illegals in Houston. Do I have to care about them?

KELLY: (sigh) Yes. You have to care about everybody.

SCROTUS: Can I wear my #MAGA hat? People love those hats.

KELLY: (sigh) I have to go home and mow my lawn now. Good luck in Texas.

But, yeah. Even more so, now. Seems like it's been years since we had a real President, when it's only been 7 months.

Looks like demented and wigged-out Charlie Brown with his jingoist white hat.
