Do gas stations in your state charge extra to use credit/debit cards (poll)

I understand some states do not allow this.

this is in CA. The convenience store near my old apartment is attached to an Arco. Nothing quite like popping in there for a sixer or a bag of chips and getting stuck in line behind a bunch of people waving wadas of cash and yelling "$20 on 4!"
