North Korea taps GOP analysts to better understand Trump and his messages

BERN, Switzerland — North Korean government officials have been quietly trying to arrange talks with Republican-linked analysts in Washington, in an apparent attempt to make sense of President Trump and his confusing messages to Kim Jong Un’s regime.

The outreach began before the current eruption of threats between the two leaders but will probably become only more urgent as Trump and Kim have descended into name-calling that, many analysts worry, sharply increases the chances of potentially catastrophic misunderstandings.

4. NK hates the USA

It was not enough that the USA stopped NK and China at the 38th. parallel but Gen. Curtis LeMay carpet bomb NK for three years 1950 to 1953 with out much of am opposition from NK because they had no air force. Only when Gen. LeMay sent bombers to the northern border was the USAF met amy migs from Russia and China. The USAF gained several Aces against them. They were no match to our Air Force pilots. The USA completely wiped out the entire northern Korea with more bombs and Napalm then were used in the pacific war against the Japanese. The north was left with out any infrastructure and as a result NK suffered mass civilian casualties and resulting famine which devastated their country. At least the USA rebuilt Europe and Japan after the war. Gen. LeMay stated that the USAF killed 20% of the population. Then famine affected their country. This fact is deeply ingrained in their hate towards the USA that they swore to even the score with a nuke.
Diplomacy deserves a chance. Begginning with an admition to their suffering and apology in the United Nations instead to the nasty rhetoric which is occurring on both sides. The USA apologized to Japan for dropping two atomic bombs on them. The USA has worked towards reducing nukes because no one wins in a Nuclear war.
