I just do not see any way out of this mess. We can hope for good results in 2018, but the public seems to be stupid and undependable. The fact is that 63 million voters STILL voted for Trump and likely voted for GOP candidates. In looking at Moore who will likely be elected we seem to be electing more and more loons.

On top of that 64% of polled Americans believe that the football players should be ordered to stand. That their anthem protest is I guess illegal. And when you see that "knee takers" are getting death threats then we are way past the Rubicon. We are going nuts as a nation. Anthem protests are clearly a right that many Americans seem to think should be banned.

Things will get much worse before they get better.
