Did he download something? Did someone else in the inner circle download something? (I wouldn't put it past these un American shitheads)

1. Would not need to download anything

Smartphones can be hacked without needing any action on the part of the user. In a typical attack — one publicly revealed and patched this past year and thus open for discussion — a smartphone could be breached by sending a special txt message. Just having the phone number was all that was needed.

A library of these kinds of exploits specific to particular phones and computers was stolen from a hacked computer at an NSA contractor last summer.

Things have become very sloppy in the West Wing. Private personal email accounts abound and cell phones are being hacked. WTF?¿?¿
