Is Romney still playing the ad with Obama's out of context sound bite.....

..."If we talk about the economy, we are going to lose"?

Remember, this was Obama quoting someone else, but Romney's ad made it seem like this was Obama's personal quandary spoken out loud. Remember how Romney was asked if he thought the quote was wrong and misleading and how Romney said he would not stop the ads? Well, did he stop them eventually?

I'm thinking he set the stage for virulent attacks by the Obama camp, and at this point, his apology request for the Bain attacks this is the most astounding public act of stupidity so far.

But, it seems most of the Romney ads I see do this. At this point Romney has no choice but to try and change the message. He can no longer run on his record without bringing Bain and taxes back into the conversation. His only choice is to mislead.

I heard part of his speech yesterday, about 5 minutes of it, and I heard at least 3 previously debunked lies or things taken out of context. He is the guy who fell of a cliff he is hanging on by a single thin root.

For me the longer he waits to release tax returns the longer it looks like a real time bomb is hidden in them.
