Expecting a different result while trying to shame Mitt into doing the right thing has a well known

label. Rational positions and normal political talking points, no longer count this year.

Mitt doesn't care and will not release anything that could be used against him. Also I doubt he will show up for any debates (Agreements mean little). Not because he may not do well but to disrespect the President.

This election is all about race and anything else is a smoke screen. This is 1850 all over again.

OK, Romney is shameless; he's proved that. And he won't release anything. Jackpine Radical Jul 2012 #1

And, indeed, racism plays a huge role in the--uh--race.

Nevertheless, there are some relatively rational but uninvolved voters who will be disgusted by what they see of Romney, and the moreso as he stonewalls. It is among those voters that the race will most likely be decided. The tax questions and speculations are useful here, as is the whole Bain thing.

We did, after all, prove as a nation that we are capable of electing a black man President.

Oh--and thanks go out to Rush for connecting Batman with Bain. Not just over-the-top idiocy, but a wonderful pot-stirring. Somewhere there are undoubtedly Foxheads doing the "Bain? Wonder what this is all about?" number in their pointy little crania.

all race all the time and I see Mitt ahead in the electoral college count by 5 or 6 points.
