Just spoke to a friend who hasn't voted in years...

he is so disgusted with the drivel and lies coming from the romney camp that he's actually considering registering so he can vote against the mittster. Slowly but surely...I don't think this is working out the way the rethugs wanted it to.

Hope he brings along a couple dozen of his friends.

I have a family member who recently re-registered just to vote for President Obama. He had been disillusioned with the first couple of years of his presidency, but now realizes how terrible the country would be with Mitt in the WH!

I told him in order to 'argue' with me, he really should vote.

which is encouraging. People are getting sick of Mitt's presidential campaign based on lies. I'm still cautiously optimistic but I predict record low turnout for the Repubs.

Mitt is the stereotypical asshole from High School and work that would motivate the disenfranchised to vote.

Romney is not only going to lose, he damages the republican party by keeping issues of class and tax fairness in the headlines.

were talking loudly with another neighbor that I assumed was also right wing, as her husband and Son in law are military. They were whining about something Obamacare, and she said "where did you hear that? Rush Limbaugh???" But said it in a way that was not flattering to Rush. So they go back and forth, and I heard the RW neighbor say "well at this point it doesn't matter which one gets in the White House, neither will fix the problems anyway."

This was a major thing.. because these people are the absolute more rabid RWers I've met in a while. And they do not have any Romney stuff, never talk about him, don't like him. I doubt they'll vote for him, they seem to have gone into an apathy about it.
