A day after Dozhd television published an interview with a former member of Russias infamous Internet Research Agency, the magazine RBC released a new detailed report on the same organizations efforts to meddle in U.S. domestic politics. Meduza summarizes RBCs new report here.
The Internet Research Agency, Russias infamous troll farm, reportedly devoted up to a third of its entire staff to meddling in U.S. politics during the 2016 presidential election. At the peak of the campaign, as many as 90 people were working for the IRAs U.S. desk, sources told RBC, revealing that the entire agency employs upwards of 250 people. Salaries for staff working in the U.S. department apparently range from 80,000 to 120,000 rubles ($1,400 to $2,100) per month.
The head of the IRAs U.S. desk is apparently a man originally from Azerbaijan named Dzheikhun Aslanov (though he denies any involvement with the troll factory).

Imagine what Mueller & his staff knows.
Your article is frightening to realize the US isn't the only part of the world that Russia has set their sights upon.

(1,257 posts)That Russia saw, and decided to exploit this massive "cyber" opportunity.
While the US, and the ignorant fucks who make decisions for the military industrial complex spend Billions of taxpayers dollars to build countless and unfathomable weapons of destruction, the Russians merely just pay a whole bunch of computer nerds to cause havoc on everything in our modern compute based infrastructure.
They have hacked power production control facilities, our election systems, social media, the military, political party databases, voter records and probably anything else that you can imagine.
Think abut how much less expensive it is for them to achieve to goal of destroying the Western Democracies and the Governments via computer nerds who need enough money to buy food, vodka and pay rent!
They have the world over a barrel, and we are still scratching our heads and talking about it....
Wow....
Isn't it about time we do the same to them?
Do you mean to tell me that the US does not have the skill set?
We are going down a very dark road.... without a U.S made flashlight at this point.
The Chinese made one will fail when you least expect it, it is built like shit!
