Yep, that is it. Most of us could do better than Trump. Even though we have different backgrounds and education levels, it does not matter. We have a much higher level of sensitivity and ability and desire to inquire than does Trump. We as individuals only, could do a better job than Trump can do. Yes, this is a very hard job, but there is a whole lot of help available. Yes, almost any of us could. Actually most of us have already thought that, but it is an interesting to think about.

(47,382 posts)to begin with. We have a realistic sense of ourselves and the requirements of the job.
For example, I am sure I am smart enough to do a good job as president.
And I certainly do not have the temperament. I would be cussing out the GOP
every day and in every way.

(24,461 posts)This Congress isn't capable of that. All they want to do is, by a governance of mythology as they interpret it, get wealthy and have control over everyone's rights.
It's only hard because the horrible and painfully uneducated American voting base keeps electing purchased politicians.
