Is it true Jonathan Lavine ,the current director of Bain, is a top Obama bundler?

Was told this yesterday and also something along the lines that the Obama's have hundreds of thousands invested in companies that have been outsourcing quite a bit.

One thing that I do not agree with in the OPs title though is the question that the "Obama's" have interest in off-shoring job. That is straight from the R/W echo chamber

"Jonathan Lavine, a managing director at Bain in Boston, has bundled between $100,000 and $200,000 for the Obama Victory Fund, according to estimates released by the Obama campaign. His role as an Obama bundler and the amount he’s raised for the president’s re-election is only known because of the voluntary release of that information by the Obama campaign. Romney, breaking with recent precedent, does not release the names or amounts of his top bundlers."

have investments in companies that offshore?

Bain on the other hand actively promoted it and was involved in the shutting of plants here.

But people with 401ks and other general investments are not active in that. They are just trying to diversify and most companies have outsourced. Or at least, a hell of a lot have.
