4. You are correct, I need to change headline, and I wll. Take about 5 minutes.

I changed it in about 30 seconds. A writer can quickly eliminate something with the mouse and a stroke of the hand. In the good old days, with a ...typewriter..a person needed to find a way to erase the previous message, and then write the new one.

Towards the end of the typewriter era, the machines were equipped with stuff that did the job for you. But, it was still somewhat cumbersome. Now, use the mouse, sweep, then eliminate and type over. Like I did to correct the Original Post. It is strange, there is a generation that doesn't even know what a ..typewriter is. Even though the keyboard is the same. (for the most part)..

Did you know that many years ago, families had ...one phone where all the calls were made?
Did you know that many years ago, families if they were lucky, had one, just one..TV set?
Did you know that many years ago, if you wanted to change the channel of the TV, you had to get up and go to the TV in order to ....change the channel ?

My..times have changed. Is there anything that really is the same as it was many years ago??

There are nationally watched elections next week. When all houses of an entire state capitol is up next week, it is important nationally (especially when it's a newly minted blue trifecta and Trump's closest ally's LG is going down in flames).


Federal elections would be a more accurate headline.

As for the rest of the post. I was born in the 80s and remember some of those things. I will say phonebanking would be much easier if not for caller ID.
