I turn it off whenever he starts hawking it.

The last straw for me was a few weeks ago when he started babbling that after Bobby died, Democrats turned away from the white working class and have looked down on and mocked them every since.

But this is ridiculous. I turn it off too. Plus he keeps using the assassination in his promotions over and over. This is getting creepy but I doubt anyone at MSNBC is going to challenge him.

If there isn't a least a little break in promotion between them, it'll hurt sales of the new one because people will think "Oh, I already bought his book way back when it came out" and not realize it's a new (well, the same stories repackaged) one.
