Since there are no other major statewide elections it means that New Orleans will make up a larger proportion of overall turnout in the state. Since New Orleans leans Democratic that should boost his chances for a win.

I'll try to look for the election results Saturday night and keep a bottle of some beverage handy to celebrate.
