Interesting side note: Half of the lyrics for the musical were written by Lin-Manuel Miranda who would later create and star in the smash musical, "Hamilton" as well as "In The Heights."

Pedo Roy probably imagined that he was using the same tough-guy language as Dubya back in 2003, but of course the film predates Bush's tough-guy utterance by three years.

In short, both were quoting a cheerleader movie.
