And Moore wasn't a candidate for the Senate.

Why does that matter then?

ANY Manufactroversy in the house to finally be able to distract from the disaster-loop plane crash of the ADMITTED SERIAL SEXUAL ASSAULTER in the White House . . .

SO many double standards in dealing with this issue.

America impeaches, disgraces, calls for resignation, fires and jails the abusers on our side.

They elect Republican ADMITTED abusers President and stand a good chance of electing another to the Senate.

How about a hearing on Trump's entering teen changing rooms and his dozens of sexual harassment settlements?

It would not make sense to disarm over this incident by Franken. If it continued into his Senate career, then that might be a different issue?

Just my opinion.

Lewd skits are in no way morally equivalent to what Trump and Moore have done. Criticize and sanction to a degree commensurate with the transgression.

He wasn’t in office. He hasn’t said a thing about 45. It’s all an attempt to discredit Franken and stir the pot.

Moore won't apologise and is doing everything he can to smear and discredit his multiple accusers.

As with George T , I'm willing to give Franken the benefit of the doubt at this time.

Moore has a history of abuse and predatory behavior. So it's easy to see why he wouldn't apologize or adhere to an ethics committee investigation. I hope this was an isolated incident and that it gets resolved quickly. Good to see Al is the opposite of Moore in this situation.

the GOPs in the Senate need another Democrat to demonize, and Franken has been consistently outspoken and opposed to McConnell. Any bets on how long it will take to tie him to Bengazhi?
