Unthinking dismissal is not a good way to comment on this. He should have said something like the charge should be investigated and proper sanctions enacted. Edited to add: if found to have merit.

This is just the beginning. The rethug smear campaign is in the research stage and it will release every little bit of info they find as they find it without regard for truth.
