Roger Stone — longtime confidant to President Donald Trump and GOP “dirty tricks” operative — appears to have had foreknowledge of the accusations against Sen. Al Franken (D-MN) by Los Angeles radio personality Leeann Tweeden.

The Hill reported Thursday afternoon that at 1:30 a.m. Thursday, a Twitter account associated with Stone tweeted that Franken’s “time in the barrel” is on the way.

Stone has been banned from Twitter for life, but presumably has connections with the “Stone Zone” Twitter account.

How did he know last night? It's the only question I have remaining. I hope, but doubt, that this will be part of the investigation.

There's no denying the photo, which Al hasn't. However, Al disputes what happened at the rehearsal. Is it not beyond the realms of possibility that the RWNJs are egging this up ? I'm suspicious of the way this is playing. Tweeden is saying she accepts the apology and doesn't want Franken to resign, but the reality is that the likes of Stone, Hannity etc will do all of that anyway.

Franken didn't admit to the alleged tongue kiss his accuser said she "hesitantly" accepted. He said the picture was wrong and he apologized, as he should have. PLUS, he asked for a Senate Ethics Investigation into this where he's involved. Moore nor tRumputin want anything of the sort. Now, if others come out against Franken, that's a different story. WHY not investigate Moore? McConnell only wants Franken investigated. Investigate Moore AND Franken.

Now, Roger Stone's involved in THIS Franken situation too? 🙄 He called a right-winged talk show stating that Franken's accuser was going to out him later today (Thursday). Humm

It was Stone who said that John Podesta was the next fish in a barrel, or words to that effect to be outed, and sure enough Podesta's emails were leaked by a coordinating with tRump camp in Wikileaks.

Something here IS beginning to stink to high heaven about this Franken situation, and about his accuser as it relates to STONE knowing that she was going to accuse Franken. I'm still waiting to see what happens with this Franken investigation, but uh, STONE knew about this Franken thing too?
