Need advice..

Someone just sent me a tweet claiming to have been sexually assaulted by a very powerful man. She claims that he threatened her sons life and hers too. which is why she won't go public. What should I tell her to do?

1. tell her to talk to a lawyer

s/he can assess and advise

her decision not to "go public" puts the lives of her, her son and other people at risk

Doing so keeps her confidence while knowing how to best legally help now and/or if something happens.

Altho I must point out, she has already gone public.
