He was investigated in 2006 by the Ethics Committee for using his Congressional staff to babysit and chauffer his kids around and also to work on his campaign. He admitted to the charges.

Then in 2009, when his wife Monica was charged and convicted with accepting bribes as a Detroit City Council president, she was granted a public defender after stating that she could not afford any legal counsel. Many in the area thought that was ridiculous considering John's status.

In 2010, he reimbursed the federal government for his son's use of a 2010 Escalade SUV vehicle belonging to his congressional office after his son reported two computers and 27K in concert tickets were stolen from it. The son previously had received a speeding ticket in the same vehicle

That does NOT mean I approve of what they are being accused of, but having another Gorsuch in the SC would be a disaster

election, and if that is the case, I would rather that not happen at this time. If that isn't the case, then I am cool with who Governor Dayton appoints, including Keith Ellison, even though I was for Perez for DNC chairman, Ellison is a progressive Democrat, and would do well.

If he is found to have behaved badly to women I want him to resign.

Based on news reports of Conyers actions, I have little hope he can be cleared.
