Should Al Franken Resign if Trump doesn't and Roy Moore is elected?

Let Session, Hannity, Stone, and Trump win? HELL NO!

I am SO tried of Democrats playing by rules and being expected to do what's right when the Republicans are never held accountable for the same things!

Fuck em all, he should not even consider resigning. In the first place these are all "he said/she said" and until there is an investigation he is just fine staying and continuing to fight for us...

AND the things he is accused of, notice the "accused" part, don't even belong in the same paragraph or page or forum as the things drump and dippy shit from alabama have been accused of...

They are making a run at the most effective Dems we have going, I am waiting for the man that comes out with accusations against Warren that she harassed him..

Otherwise, (assuming you don't live here) your opinion is not worth much.

Minnesota will decide on Franken, people in other states can't vote one way or the other.

And they get it because all of us have a stake in D/winnable Senate seats. Stop telling non-Minnesotans they don't matter in this discussion. It's not only provincial, it's wrong.

Sorry if that fact bothers you. You are welcome to your opinion, but it clearly doesn't matter towards electing a Minnesota politician.

Provincial? Do you understand how State elections work? Or are you advocating for voter fraud?

I think Roy Moore is a slimey asshole, but I can't vote against him. My opinion doesn't mean anything towards his chance of being Senator. If one doesn't live in Minnesota, your opinion doesn't matter towards Franken being a Minnesota Senator.

If you choose, go ahead and send money to the GOP to campaign against Franken in 2020. Your opportunity to do that in 2014 has long expired.

This is an obvious deflection attempt to elect moore. If it is effective meaning Franken would resign, wait until right wing goes after every democratic senator one by one.

Also Wesley Goodman, Arlan Stangeland, Donald Lukens, Robert Packwood, Bob Barr, Newt Gingrich, Ed Schrock, Don Sherwood, Mark Foley, Bob Livingston, Larry Craig, John Ensign, Chip Pickering, Mark Souder, Chris Lee, Vance McAllister, and Tim Murphy, all Republicans who either resigned or didn't run for reelection after sex scandals.

When I see a thread title like this, I have to wonder why are people on a Democratic message board so anxious to lump Franken with Trump and Moore? Because that is what the title does, whether the author meant it to do this or not.

Effect counts just as much as intention.
