Turkey is in the oven, had coffee and a bagel, and plenty of time to relax until I have to transport the turkey 40 miles to my sister's.

Hopefully the game will be decided well before I have to leave. Worst case scenario is a close game going down to the wire and I'm driving down the freeway swearing at refs.

I've done the bird transport for over a decade, my family likes my turkey techniques (my mom's turkeys have desert dry white meat, crumble to dust as it is carved.) Covered roaster, insulated with blankets or old winter coats, into the trunks and take it easy on the corners.
