There is photographic evidence of his presence at the 2010 state fair, where he's greeting constituents. But he's wearing a different shirt from the one with Lindsay Menz.

I've also assumed that his arms and hands have been on too many women over the decades for him to remember all incidents where one might have become inappropriate, either deliberately or unintentionally.

Note that the bathroom accuser did give a specific detail that he specifically rejected regardless of anonymity, but also note that his statement is still in the same tone as the others even though his rejection says he believes this one is a blatant liar.

Here are Franken's statements on the 4 accusations, two of which are anonymous.

Nov. 22: “It’s difficult to respond to anonymous accusers, and I don’t remember those campaign events, but I can categorically say that I did not proposition anyone to join me in any bathroom,” Franken responded to the anonymous allegations.

Nov. 23: “Let me say again to Minnesotans that I’m sorry for putting them through this and I’m committed to regaining their trust,” Franken said in a Thanksgiving statement. He described himself as “a warm person” but said he “crossed a line for some women” and realizes he needs to be more careful and sensitive.

Btw, the article contains links to statements by 14 former female Franken staffers and 36 female SNL staffers and performers attesting that he never behaved inappropriately toward any of them.

I'm not invested in this line of inquiry, but if people want to go for it, that's fine with me.

But if I was at a state fair and gladhanding people and having photos taken in close proximity to them, I'd want to stay fresh to avoid offense (cue next headline: "Al Franken STANK" ), so I'd probably at least take along a change of some essential clothing, and I might have more than one shirt of any color.

i didn't enter the dates so the blue shirt i saw was from a different date . also i think that blue shirt in those fair pics are still different from the pic with Menz based on the collar . the fair ones look plain while the collar with menz has some print or something.

the blue shirt in the pic with menz looks like the white shirt but the colors switched . mostly white with blue trim and mostly blue with white trim.

This blue shirt has no white stripes around the collar. This shirt worn during 2014 MN state fair. I found several photos of this shirt and many of the white one with blue stripes, but nor a single blue one with collar stripes. I spent over an hour searching.

I presume Franken has more than one shirt, the fair lasted more than one day.
The photo doesn't prove the allegation one way or the other because it doesn't show groping.
