KeithOlbermann says to follow investigative reporter @ddale8, of the Toronto Star. *Here's Why

@ericgarland

If @KeithOlbermann says to follow @ddale8, I wonder if the Toronto Star has an update to this dumpster fire of fraud and treason, starring Trump

Trump CANNOT pardon Canadian #moneylaundering charges!

Whole family exposed & any state could honor the warrant & extradite him.

HERE'S the Article from The Toronto Star:

https://www.thestar.com/amp/news/world/2017/10/21/how-every-investor-lost-money-on-trump-tower-toronto-but-donald-trump-made-millions-anyway.html

How every investor lost money on Trump Tower Toronto (but Donald Trump made millions anyway)
Donald Trump called himself a “genius” for investing in Toronto’s Trump Tower. Behind the scenes, he had no money on the line. The inside story of an unlikely bankruptcy, and the investors who lost everything when they bet on the Trump brand.

Thanks Canada!

You may be reading KO correctly on this.

He may leave Resist etc, but he's not done kicking Trump & the RW's behind.

A lot of this kind of thing was and is in published media, but remember, investigative journalism is expensive. An independent journalist can go broke fast and lose his home, ruin his marriage, etc, from following the biggest story in the world if people are too distracted by long days of CNN and MSNBC saturation drivel over shootings in Las Vegas or allegations of butt grabbings to notice.

Personally, it may be ambitious but I have my fingers crossed that seditious "libertarians" Peter Thiel and Robert Mercer will end up in prison. Only two of many who belong there, of course, but I have a truly terrible memory for names and there are so many. I have a special enmity for Americans involved in taking over our democracy nevertheless. In any case, Mueller's investigation has a bunch of leads to people around both of those, like . Are they insulated?

I love that France arrested that billionaire Russian oligarch, Suleiman Kerimov, who flew in without his diplomatic passport. He apparently has strong and unsavory connection with the Russian emigrant hacking specialist, Rinat Akhmetshin, who was present at the Trump Tower meeting. Did France arrest him only for money laundering or, I wonder, are they working with us?

Sometimes it seems as if there are almost as many names and chains of connections as their are articles revealing what's being uncovered. But not on the boob tube.

sellouts for personal gain.
Billionares & their damned arrogance.

Every Senator & Rep involved better be hauled off their lying lazy behinds & face the only thing that can save this country..Team Robert Mueller.
He's got the weight of global salvation on his shoulders.
There must be a day of reckoning ahead for every traitor to our America.

hunting grounds. But they've broken seriously laws gleefully and proudly before, buying politicians to escape prison. We can hope.

Frankly, what we have to do is to turn them and all like them upside down and shake them down. Stripping them of power is absolutely necessary if we are to save our republic.

We knew nearly everything we needed to know about Trump before he even announced his candidacy. Sadly, too many American voters didn't pay attention.

Trump has been a scammer his entire life. Anyone who took even a cursory look at his businesses could see that he is full of shit.

By the time of the 2016 elections, anyone who didn't understand what Trump is wasn't using any critical thinking abilities.

voters are informed citizens seeking to expand their self interest

Trump voters were mindless, ignorant, poorly-informed robots brainwashed by a TV personality and propaganda. They didn't love anything, they hated HRC. They would sell their own sister to buy a fancy car. They are trash dressed up in suits and go-go boots.

And other crimes, I guess I just never thought he had a chance in hell. I think all the details of his many petty and large crimes were Not exposed because a lot of people thought he didn't have a chance.

But it seems with the help of the GOP, the billionaire class and Putin spies, he was able to manipulate the vote to make it look like he won.

It amazes me that we allow him to continue to hold office. Americans are very polite to their corrupt leaders.

however, all of the outrages that Trump had burned hot for a day or two and then faded with the next crazy tweet, new crime/fraud or outrageous statement that overshadowed what came before.

Many people suffered from outrage fatigue – they just got tired of the daily BS from Team Trump and tuned a lot of it out. The same with the media – if they stayed with each issue for longer than that day or two, it likely would have disqualified Trump in the eyes of the public. But, they just ran after the latest tweet or statement

However, with Hillary, people focused on “one” issue – her emails and her private server, which many conflated with the DNC emails that were hacked. So, it was her one issue that the media focused on versus three, four or five issues a week from Trump that were each (in reality) bigger than the email/private server issue but got lost in the mix.

He's been doing great reporting on Trump, including keeping a running list of how frequently he lies. He does great live coverage of most of his major speeches.

There's some Canadian content mixed in (since he's Canadian!) but he has some great content on his Twitter feed:

I suspect the chances of a us court allowing a foreign power to extradite either a current or past president are pretty close to nil. We don't even allow them to extradite us service personnel in a lot of cases.

It's probably a good rule. As much as like to see him tried in a foreign court, it ain't gonna happen.

I'm still queezy over the idea a foreign gov can prosecute a leader of another country without a world court involved. It would lead to a lot of diplomatic issues.

Even if somehow the election were nullified and it is ruled he was never president, it would still be a bad idea. We have a lot of prisons suited for him; everything from rykers island to gitmo to coast guard cutters floating in internatonal waters.

We can find a place for him. He can even have charlie manson's old cell.

in calm if reduced luxury. Maybe Napoleon was the exception, or Czar Nicholas, but Papa and Baby Doc ... some even think Hitler lived into the 60s in Argentina in a luxury resort.

I doubt he'll ever serve a day in prison. But he would be very embarrassed by the whole affair.
