Psychiatrist: Trump is deteriorating, exhibits first warning-signs of psychosis.

https://www.rawstory.com/2017/11/psychiatrist-warns-villainous-trump-is-exhibiting-signs-of-psychosis-an-extremely-disordered-sick-individual/

Dodes was speaking with MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell regarding a deluge of bizarre claims reportedly being made by the president. The New York Times last week reported Trump has begun to express doubt that it was his voice on the “Access Hollywood” tape, in which the president can clearly be heard bragging about grabbing women by the genitals. Trump himself acknowledged and apologized for that tape last year. And on Tuesday, it was revealed Trump has resurrected false claims about Barack Obama’s nationality, once again suggesting his predecessor’s birth certificate is fake.

Discussing these and other jarring reports from the White House, Dodes said they present further examples of Trump “being close to psychosis when he is stressed. “

“When he goes back and denies reality, people have trouble understanding that,” Dodes said. “The simple explanation for it which people don’t want to hear, he is not in control of himself. This is what we say when somebody is becoming psychotic or briefly psychotic. So all of his delusional ideas come up when he is stressed in some way and then he loses track of reality because it doesn’t fit what he needs to believe.”

Dodes noted what’s problematic is that people believe it’s easy to differentiate psychotic people and healthy individuals. Unfortunately the world is more complicated, and people like Donald Trump are on the border and they slip into delusional thinking when stressed,” he explained.
Dodes called Trump’s deteriorating mental state “an extremely dangerous thing for anybody, especially somebody who has been so wantonly unconcerned about the welfare of others and willing to do anything to promote himself.”

is voting for this bill. So much for being a maverick. He goes along with the gop every time. Taxpayers have kept him comfortably installed in office for enough years to make him a millionaire (from wealthy donors) Kept him covered with great healthcare. Time to re-adjust THEIR pensions and healthcare too. They leave office with big pensions (chickenfeed to them with their donors contributions) and live for ever. Look at the doddering old G.H.W. Bush. Still sucking off taxpayers and likely taking funds for "office supplies and help" We are being scammed - BIGLY.

because of her daddy's money. Deserted his first wife, other politicians paid her medical bills since she had been badly injured in a car accident. She did not tell him her problems while he was in Viet Nam, he got home, saw she was handicapped and decided to seek greener pastures. His new father in law paved the way for his political office, so he could "fix" laws to benefit him. He has always been a conniving little s-o-b.

there is nothing in the constitution that addresses it. They have ways to remove the potus, either through impeachment or using the 25th amendment, but nothing that relates to actual incompetence retroactively.

It would be way too complicated to nullify his presidency. The constitution abhors a vacuum. It is designed specifically to prevent one.

The adults in the room are supposed to prevent a zomby presidency. Clearly, we need an adult.

It is certainly not a priority in their pea sized brains and stone, cold hearts as well as there lack of a soul or moral compass. so the arguments are known, and part of case law.

But, not applied to Presidents.
Interesting situation.

To avoid the issue, he will be mostly likely charged with obstruction of justice, as Nixon was, which covers one of the reasons for impeachment. That is why Nixon resigned, to avoid impeachment, altho he had committed a lot of crimes, particularly the Watergate cover up, thus creating the now famous remark "It's not the crime, it is the cover up".

I think he’s getting the results he (or Putin) wants.

Yes, he knows nothing about policy but he knows that putting people hostile to the missions of the Department in charge of that department will effectively neuter that organization. He knows that by putting blatantly political hacks into key judgeships that he can demand and get the rulings he wants (we just saw that with the ruling allowing Mulvaney to take over the CFPB).

He has effectively shattered our key alliances and made overtures to strongmen (Putin the most notable). He has the Justice Department entertaining the idea of launching witch hunts against his political opponents. He has Mitch McConnell so cowed that he is pushing through a politically suicidal tax bill that just happens to have everything in it that will directly benefit him and his heirs.

Trump may be correct when he says that he has accomplished more than any other President in the same span of time. His accomplishments just haven’t been legislative to date.

Crazy? Doesn’t really look like it from here.

I’ve got a really bad feeling about this and I think you do too. While we’re waiting for Mueller to ride up over the horizon to save the day the war may have already been lost.
