4. The tweet in question ..

includes Trump's poor grammar. I would ask the lawyer directly and if he lies he could be disbarred.

11. Eh, WH is lying: They begged him not to tweet about Russia - and then they tweeted about Russia?

Trump says he has nothing to fear from Flynn, then stokes new controversy with tweet
By John Wagner, Rosalind S. Helderman and Josh Dawsey | December 2 at 9:50 PM

A tweet posted Saturday afternoon by the president suggested that Flynnís misstatements to the FBI were part of the rationale for Trumpís firing him 25 days into the new administration ó something the White House had never asserted before and that some observers speculated could be legally problematic for Trump. The tweet was drafted by one of the presidentís lawyers, however, according to two people familiar with the communication.

....

Trumpís lawyers have begged him not to tweet about Russia or the investigation, but the president said repeatedly Friday that he wanted to respond to the Flynn news, associates said.

12. Did trump tell the lawyer who then phrased words?

Since the White House has issued this statement trump has waived attorney client privilege on this matter. So lawyer can be forced to testify on the details of the tweet. I doubt the lawyer just made up that Trump knew Flynn lied to fbi.
