Not judging/condemning, mainly *observation*: the difference between Peewee HERMAN & Fred WILLARD

When Peewee HERMAN got busted for the same thing, it seemed like a gross-out and it took ten years for him to start showing his face again. This time the response, at least here, has been: Over 3,000 Views, 60+ replies, and not one condemnation. Repeating, I'm not supporting "condemnation," otoh noting a news item (will add it below) alleging he had a Prior ten twenty years ago.
The replies have been along the lines of:
1) Hasn’t he heard of the INTERNET? = “everybody does it.”
2) He needs to spring for a DVD player.
3) What are XXX theaters FOR & who at a place like that would there be to be offended?
4) He was just stupid not to learn from the Peewee HERMAN experience, plus answers 1 through 3.
5) Why are there resources for cops to monitor adult theaters? = “cops watching XXX movies.”
The funniest one, since Mittens’s name is “Willard,” was, “Does this mean the end of his presidential run?” Or does identifying Fred WILLARD as “a second banana” work?
And the kicker is that PBS has replaced WILLARD with (a different) Mark WALHBERG, who
