Remember how blatant it was: Trump clears room to talk to FBI Director Comey alone

Asks for loyalty from the FBI Director--just like a mafia boss

And then breaks a law with what he did next...

Asks the FBI director to drop the investigation into Michael Flynn (his national security advisor who was under investigation by the FBI for conspiracy with foreign agents, and who had lied to the FBI)...Trump at that point becomes chargeable with Obstruction of Justice.

He thinks no one will know about this conversation. FBI director wrote notes of this conversation and shared what happened with a few of his colleagues, who could be called by Mueller as witnesses.

And Republicans in Congress think there is nothing to investigate Trump for.....yeah right, there isn't. If we were a banana republic, and not a country where rule of law is supreme.

Daring anyone to defy him. Taunting those who can take him down to not even think of it.

And yet, he is so deserving of a thorough take down. He has lived his whole privileged life just daring anyone to try and stop him. Defiant to the end.

Oh, but his day of reckoning is going to be sweet for some of us. Those of us who know how much he deserves to be caught, tried and punished will rejoice, even as he rages and cries how unfairly he is being treated. The worm will finally turn and the nightmare will end, hopefully with the clank of a locked prison door, sealing his fate. Then maybe the long job of healing will be ahead of us as we struggle to repair the damage done by this vile, disgusting hulk of a man/child.

Let that day of reckoning come soon for him.

…..been reliably supreme in this country. If you're Black, you get one version of it. If you're Rich, you get another version or no version at all.

We have the rhetoric and the ideal but it's hardly always been impartial or supreme or truly blind to class, race or power.

But I take your point—we still somehow manage to not yet be a Banana Republic, which is what Bannon/Trump are aiming for.
