North AL DUers -- who do you think has the best cable/internet service ?

I'm in Madison Co., using WOW!, and that's what we said when we opened this month's bill. $40 price hike, most recent in a series of inexplicable charges.

We bundle our phone (local), internet, and TV, but keep getting encouraged to drop WOW! altogether.

2. Depends on where in Madison co you live.

Huntsville has several choices but I live in Madison so WOW is it. Did you have a promotional rate? WOW hasn't increased mine in years.

3. We're in Madison (city). They've tried to hike our rates several times.

Their bills are so undecipherable that when we cut our service level to decrease our charges, we couldn't figure out why the bills actually went up.

BTW, Mother just called them to complain and they reversed the increase. Seems to raise questions as to how arbitrary their charges really are.

4. Oh yeah, you can't "unbundle".

I tried the same thing, lowering service, and my bill would have gone up. I hate that we don't have competition like HSV does.
