One of the reasons I'd like to go back to France

where I spent a year from 1998-1999 (not that I'd have a better chance, but being in the same vicinity is somehow more exciting):

Vahina Giocante

Audrey Tautou

Emma de Caunes

Alizee Jacotey

Marion Cotillard

I just saw Audrey in the movie "Amalie" - such a cute movie. I need to learn to speak French. patricia92243 Dec 2012 #1

Audrey Tautou has also broken through into Hollywood (The DaVinci Code with Tom Hanks) and Emma de Caunes was very cute in Mr. Bean's Holiday. Marion Cotillard won the Academy Award for "Best Actress" of course for her portrayal of Edith Piaf in La Vie En Rose. Vahina Giocante was astonishing in her role in Marie Baie des Anges. Alizee was of course a major international teen pop music superstar (one of the best-selling French recording artists of all time) and now that she's older has hinted at possibly making films.

Here's a clip from the movie The Libertine starring both Audrey Tautou and Vahina Giocante together:
