(CNN)Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown was found unresponsive Saturday morning in a bathtub full of water in Roswell, Georgia, police in that Atlanta suburb said.
Brown was not breathing when her husband and a friend found her at 10:23 a.m. and called 911, police spokeswoman Lisa Holland said.
Police officers arrived first and took lifesaving measures until an ambulance arrived.
Brown was then transported to Roswell's North Fulton Hospital, and was breathing, according to Holland.

Even though it is being reported that Bobbi Kristina Brown is okay, at least for now, this is just what I did not want to happen. I hope her family members are trying to help her.

an 31 (Reuters) - Bobbi Kristina Brown, the only daughter of late pop star Whitney Houston and singer Bobby Brown, was found unresponsive in a bathtub at her Georgia home on Saturday, but she was revived after being rushed to a hospital, police said.
The incident comes nearly three years after Houston, a superstar who battled substance abuse, drowned in a bathtub in Beverly Hills, California, in February 2012. Authorities have said cocaine use and heart disease contributed to her death.
Brown, 21, was found at about 10:20 a.m. (1520 GMT) in the bathtub at her suburban Atlanta home by her husband and a friend, said Lisa Holland, public information officer for the Roswell Police Department.
Brown's husband, Nick Gordon, started CPR and police continued life-saving measures until an ambulance arrived and took her to the hospital.
"She's alive at the hospital," Holland said. She gave no other details.

(24,411 posts)Bobbi Kristina Brown lived in the shadow cast by her parents. They were both drug addicts and everyone knew that Bobby Brown was violent with Whitney and abused her.
It's very sad that this young woman had to grow up in that environment. Her life must have been riddled with a great deal of pain and insecurity--despite her parents fame and money. I'm sure that must have been very confusing, lonely and troubling.
Maybe this will be a turnaround point for her.
Maybe someone in that family can put the focus on her and help her heal from a lifetime of chaos and instability.

I haven't heard any reports on how long she went without oxygen, but the brain swelling is not good.
I would like to hope for a miracle, but at best, she is going to have some level of brain damage.
