Islamic State video threatens attacks in Russia 'very soon': site monitoring group

Source: Reuters

Islamic State has released a video threatening attacks in Russia "very soon", the SITE monitoring group said on Thursday.

Al-Hayat Media Center, Islamic State's foreign language media division, released a Russian language video with chants of "Soon, very soon, the blood will spill like an ocean", SITE reported.

Islamic State has previously called for attacks on Russia and the United States in revenge for airstrikes on its fighters in Syria.

Western intelligence officials suspect the ultra-hardline Sunni group of planting a bomb in a Russian passenger airplane which crashed in Egypt's Sinai Peninsula two weeks ago.

daily reports of "Military Pride" over their smashing-bombing of Syria.

Russia has a very porous border and lots of enemies old & new within their borders.

Kremlin says Russia to look into Islamic State video that threatens attacks in Russia

Russia's security agencies will undoubtedly look into a video released on Thursday by Islamic State that threatens attacks in Russia, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Thursday.

"I do not know the authenticity of this video, I do not know the authenticity of these sources, but in any case no doubt this will be material for review by our special (security) services," Peskov told journalists on a conference call.

Putin is a gangster but he likely understands the importance of national security intelligence reports.

Even though it was all play and loading up the ol' resume for him then, it was real training. And he still owes service to his nation for it.

The state dept and Reuters/AP?BBC etc, Russia is barely attacking ISIS. Russia doesn't even care about ISIS, all they want is to prop Assad up like doing that doesn't including taking care of ISIS.

But we can see from the bombing of the passenger plane and this threat, they are doing serious damage to ISIS/terrorist rebels in Syria.

We're talking about the sickest most perverted mofos on the planet who slaughter minority communities and gay people and do unspeakable crimes to women and children.

But apparently Russia hasn't been attacking Isis, therefore they have angered Isis and deserve to be attacked by Isis, or some such upside down logic.

Also, how about Isis or Assad?

commitment to searching out and murdering absolutely everyone who does not swear complete fealty to their religion and governance. They intend to create a very large caliphate permanently cleansed of all apostates and nonbelievers.

ISIS is also my #1 non-nation terrorist choice for the kind of attack on the U.S. that could get us out of their way for quite some time.

Putin and Assad don't mind if their people live as long as they don't cross them, and would rather maintain lucrative business ties than not.
