Reggie Clemons will be removed from death row, as judges ruled evidence was suppressed in 1991 case though state must now decide whether to retry him

(7,719 posts)...have they been charged with obstruction? This shit has got to stop, and it will not until people are held accountable. If prosecutors are willing to let a man go to prison just so they can win a case, then they are guilty of obstruction, and should go to prison themselves!
