It appears, however, to be instructions for a bomb which explodes and releases chlorine gas. According to BuzzFeed, the dangerous recipe - aimed at Bernie Sanders supporters - was first posted on a messaging board, not unlike 4Chan. The original poster and people on the thread now seem be sharing it maliciously.
