Furious GOP lashes out at FBI

Source: The Hill

Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) and other congressional Republicans are expressing anger and disbelief at the FBI’s decision that Hillary Clinton should not be prosecuted for her use of a private email account while at the State Department.

Donald Trump, the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, was first out of the gate, declaring in a tweet that “the system is rigged” after FBI Director James Comey announced that he would not recommend charges against Clinton, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, even though his agency concluded her actions were “extremely careless.”

Ryan did not go quite as far as Trump, but he gave a green light for other Republicans to lash out at the FBI.

"While I respect the law enforcement professionals at the FBI, this announcement defies explanation,” Ryan said in a statement, warning it could put the nation’s secrets at future risk. “Declining to prosecute Secretary Clinton for recklessly mishandling and transmitting national security information will set a terrible precedent.”

The Clinton's are just too smart for you. You've tried every investigation you could think of all at Gov't expense for 25+ years. Even tried to investigate the 1994 White House Christmas Cards. 10 days, thousands of documents and 140 hours of testimony..... over Christmas Cards. Pathetic.

You know when heavyweight boxing champ, George Foreman fought Mohamed Ali, Foreman said he hit Ali with about 6 very hard punches. During the next clinch Foreman said Ali whispered in his ear, "George, is that all you got?" Foreman didn't answer but he said to himself, "Yup. That's all I got. I've never hit a man harder who didn't go down."

So when they Republics lay their head on the pillow tonight they have to know Clinton is asking..... "Hey, Republic Party Morons....is that all you got?"

It's amazing how stupid the Republicans are. For decades, they've tried to attack the Clintons- including Chelsea!- and they've always failed!

It's remarkable and it says a lot about the Clinton's resiliency.

Repukes wanted the FBI to prosecute Hillary maliciously because they employ the tyrannical standard of presumption of guilt when it comes to their political opponents.

...hasn't Trump done enough damage to the GOP by alienating women, minorities, non-Christians and the handicapped)? Does Paul Ryan and company really want alienate law enforcement? He can say 'with all due respect' all he wants, but that preface of respect never fools anyone. Whenever someone says "With all due respect" all they mean is "I'm going to disrespect you in a way I think is polite..."

He essentially just said that if the FBI doesn't do what Republicans want done, they don't know what they're doing, and really, given how much the FBI has been in republican pockets and looked the other way...that doesn't sound real smart to me. If I were the FBI, I might say, "Well, now the you mention it, we don't want to set a bad precedent. We really should look deeper into the activities of a few GOP politicians, and while we're at it, there are some e-mail scandals we ought to have examined that we never did back in Pres. Bush's time in office...."

I mean, really Paulie, you're supposed to put a damper on the damage Trump is doing not blow on the fire.

President Clinton beginning in February 2017 They won't need to even mention the FBI conclusions when they start impeachment proceedings They can call any pay to play political operatives they want and use anything short of actual evidence to bog her down for her entire presidency

That is why nothing short of a Senate and Congressional majority will finally put the Right Wing monster back in the cave it escaped from. The great escape of the populist bigotry of today's right wing began when Gingrich reared his evil gourde as speaker in the pitchfork congress in the four quarter of the first Clinton presidency Now there is serious speculation of bringing him back as VP The EPIC fail of such a move is almost too delicious to hope for

As for Hil, I am so looking forward to her winning and driving the right wind nuts for the next eight years

Oh and her being a center right ex Goldwater Girl, I am aware of that and it is irrelevant If Goldwater was alive today the right would be calling him a GOPe traitor and a Marxist

That's how far out on the diving board the Right Wing is bouncing these days Bouncing and getting ready to dive face first into an empty pool
