In an interview with the Guardian, Jill Harth details her allegations against Donald Trump.(Video)

Source: Mother Jones

Just a day after Donald Trump officially became the Republican presidential nominee, a woman broke her silence on allegations that he sexually assaulted her. In an interview with the Guardian published today, Jill Harth detailed how Trump made numerous sexual advances toward her in 1993, culminating when she says he cornered and groped her in a bedroom. Harth attempted to press charges in 1997 but withdrew her lawsuit and has since remained quiet about the case. She says that since her allegations resurfaced in a May New York Times article about Trump's treatment of women, the Trump campaign has continuously pressured her to recant her account.

Harth says she first met Trump in 1992 during a business presentation, when she was working with the American Dream beauty pageant festival. Harth was with her romantic partner, George Houraney, at the time, but Harth says that did not deter Trump from sexually pursuing her. Trump "stared at her" throughout her meeting, according to Harth, and then asked Houraney: "Are you sleeping with her or what?" When Houraney said yes, Trump asked if it was "for the weekend or what?”

From The Guardian

Harth stands by claims of incident described in 1997 lawsuit as ‘attempted rape’ and wants apology from Trump: ‘Don’t call me a liar’

Jill Harth, a makeup artist, has stayed quiet for almost 20 years about the way Trump pursued her, and – according to a lawsuit she instigated – cornered her and groped her in his daughter’s bedroom.

After Trump mounted his campaign for the White House, details emerged of the 1997 complaint, in which Harth accused him of “attempted ‘rape’”.

She said she was quickly inundated with interview requests from major US television networks, but resolved not to speak about the events – until Trump publicly said in May that her claims were “meritless” and his daughter Ivanka gave an interview in which she said her father was “not a groper”.

Harth, who feels she has been publicly branded a liar and believes her business has suffered because of her association with the allegations, decided to speak out about her experience with Trump because she wants an apology.

so I doubt they could charge him and as for hurting his political chances now with the nutjobs already dedicated to voting for him? I doubt it will have much if any impact.

The story goes, the lawsuit was dropped allegedly when Trump reached a mutual agreement with her husband who was a business partner. Payoff to her husband for her silence. However Hart's sworn testimony in the lawsuit included comments Trump allegedly made to Harth while cornered in his daughter's bedroom. She testified that Trump TOLD her if she gave in to him, SHE WOULDN'T REGRET IT. He went on to tell her that HE would be the BEST LOVER SHE EVER HAD! Gee, sound familiar? Deny all he wants, this is SO BELIEVABLE. This is CLASSIC DT and you can bet this DOES HAVE IMPACT on any woman who reads it.
