Clinton Campaign Manager: No ‘Damage Was Done’ By Latest FBI Review

Source: Talking Points Memo

By ALLEGRA KIRKLAND Published NOVEMBER 7, 2016, 8:00 AM EDT

Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager on Monday said that the team planned to devote few words to FBI Director James Comey’s announcement that nothing new was found in emails linked to her private server. Instead, they’re staying positive in the final 24 hours before Election Day.

Appearing on CNN’s “New Day,” Robby Mook was asked of the impact of the renewed focus on Clinton’s emails over the past nine days.

“You know, I don't think damage was done,” Mook said. “First of all, this matter has been in the news for some time now. I think voters had already factored it into their decision. But what we're seeing in the numbers is record early turnout across the board.”

Early returns in critical states like Nevada, North Carolina and Florida have shown positive results for the Democratic nominee, with high numbers of women and Latinos casting their ballots for Clinton.

Methinks Dirty Donnie cut the lead by half with his deranged demagoguery on the topic.

and the results of early voting confirms this. People had already made up their minds on Hillary's emails and that was over and done with prior to the Comey thing. All the machinations of the evil GOP & their collusions with the FBI will end disastrously once President-Elect Hillary Clinton will be confirmed on the big day tomorrow!!

The stock market and S&P went way down,
and I think it hurt our downballot candidates,
costing us at least one and possibly two
senate seats which we desperately need.

It could very well have cost us the Senate especially with so many of those races being neck n neck. Hopefully Hillary's mini surge here in the final couple of days and a good ground game can at least get us a 50/50.....fingers crossed.
