Rep. Schiff: Circumstantial Evidence of Collusion Between Trump Campaign, Russia

Source: NBC News

WASHINGTON — Despite denials from some top intelligence officials that there was any evidence of collusion between associates of Donald Trump's presidential campaign and Russian operatives while Moscow tried to interfere with the 2016 election, Rep. Adam Schiff on Sunday defended the House Intelligence Committee continuing to look into the matter.

Two weeks ago on "Meet The Press," James Clapper, the Director of National Intelligence under President Obama, denied that any evidence of such collusion existed while he oversaw the work of U.S. intelligence agencies. The Trump administration has also reiterated those denials.

But this Sunday on "Meet The Press," Schiff, D-Calif., told host Chuck Todd, "I was surprised to see Director Clapper say that because I don't think you can make that claim categorically as he did. I would characterize it this way at the outset of the investigation: There is circumstantial evidence of collusion. There is direct evidence, I think, of deception and that's where we begin the investigation."

Schiff is the ranking Democratic member on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.

When they were hacking the election, it doesn't matter what they were colluding on.

Some automatically of course jump to Trump and yes, its possible but given how people like Mitch and the other higher up Repugnants have stonewalled the investigation into what Russia was doing even before the election took place and are still stonewalling it I am wondering more if it could some higher up Repugnants in Congress itself?
After all if it was just Trump and handful of the people in his campaign then the Repugnants should be ok with getting him out of office at this point and putting Pence into office as President but if since they havent made that move I am leaning towards it being one or more of the higher up Repugnants in Congress.

exposed,it's all over. In the Steel dossier, there is mention of millions going directly to McConnell controlled campaign money dumps. Also money going to Ryan and the House Campaign money dumps via Florida.

Again,we are seeing similarities to Nixon and his use of Cut-Outs to hide secret donations from illegal sources.

Ryan and McConnell are with out a doubt, trying to derail and bury any investigation. This so called ACA repeal is a shinny object twirling around to piss everyone off,and it should, this is just a smoke screen for the real show.

Now that the lazy ass Media found out the Public Truly Distrust's them, they are trying to pivot and attempt to do a half hind end job of truth telling. Social Media is eating their collective lunches. And the nature of Public anger can be measured by the recent Gallop showing Donnie Dipstick heading towards 30%.

The Sleeping Giant is awake.

Go back to Manafort. That's where it began, and he might as well have been adopted by Putin.

He's doing a good job so far. Keenly intelligent, well-spoken, and nobody's fool.
