So its notable that Lieu, who also has a Judicial Doctorate and practiced law while he was an Air Force JAG, has confirmed that hes researching the impeachment process while stressing that he sits on the committee where impeachment begins.

2. Debate ensues
3. Vote
4. Majority vote means House has determined that probable cause does exist thus The accused is now Impeached
5. The charges move to the senate for the trial
6. The trial Judge is the Chief Justice ( Roberts )
7. Evidence presented
8. Testimony

10. It takes a 2/3 majority vote for conviction 67 senators
