Lindsey Graham Rips Trump's Proposed Cuts to State Dept.: 'A Lot of Benghazis in the Making'

The Trump administration released its 2018 budget proposal today and, predictably, it caught the ire of Democrats due to its cuts to social programs like Medicaid and food stamps. However, there was also criticism from Republicans, notably Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and his buddy, Sen. John McCain (R-AZ).

What are they mad about? That the White House wants to slash the budget for the State Department, that’s what. “If we implemented this budget, we’d have to retreat from the world and put a lot of people at risk,” Graham told reporters today. “You’d have a lot of Benghazis in the making if we actually implemented the State Department cuts.”

The budget reduces diplomatic spending by 31%, from $54.9 billion to $37.6 billion. When taking emergency funding out of the equation, the budget cut is 29% to State and USAID.

He noted that the budget is “dead on arrival,” a sentiment also held by McCain, who added that the commitment to rebuilding the military couldn’t be sustained with the spending level shown in the budget.

Don't worry, Lindsay, most of your voters are too stupid to realize it.

Gee Lindsay, how'd you think that one up? Was it all by yourself or did your boyfriend help you out with that.

When you and your pals cut State Dept. funding did you think about possible attacks on American diplomats? Noooooo, of course you didn't you and your buddies did everything to harm all American foreign service workers simple you didn't like the black guy.

FUCK YOU Miss Lindsay. Your special section of hell will be deeper than Saddam's.

What'd he do anyways? Work with wikileaks? Did he know just who this 4chan is? Sleep with their old ladies, or their moms? Tell them the ending to the Crying Game before they had a chance to see it?
