Kobach: 'We May Never Know' Who Won 2016 Popular Vote

Source: Talking Points Memo

By MATT SHUHAM Published JULY 19, 2017 3:07 PM

The vice chair of the White House’s bogus “election integrity” commission said Wednesday that “we may never know” whether millions of illegal votes cost President Donald Trump the popular vote in the 2016 election — despite the lack of any evidence to support Trump’s frequent claim that millions of ballots were cast illegally.

“Do you believe Hillary Clinton won the popular vote by 3 to 5 million votes because of voter fraud?” MSNBC’s Katy Tur asked Kobach in an interview after the commission’s first meeting. Clinton won the popular vote by nearly 3 million votes.

“We will probably never know the answer to that question, because even if you could prove that a certain number of votes were cast by ineligible voters, for example, you wouldn’t know how they voted,” he said.

Kobach said the commission was not created to substantiate Trump’s claims.

Tur asked again later: “You think that maybe Hillary Clinton did not win the popular vote?”

The only question is whether it's pathological in terms of mental illness or in terms of prevarication.

That way congress can "take action" mid next year, just in time for the election. They might go after a few more things (like early voting) but their main goal is to get voter ID in every state.

is to "expose" the unsurprising fact - because people die and people move, especially oppressed people - that voter rolls are filled with millions of people who are either dead OR were once registered and eligible to vote in a given district but are now registered in two districts but is eligible to vote in one of those districts.

Armed with this information, but unable to prove that any of the people actually voted twice, they will argue that the inaccurate rolls present an "opportunity" for an ineligible person to use one of these old registrations to vote illegally and that the federal government is the only entity with the resources to clean up registration rolls.

Kobach and his buddies will then do what was done in Wisconsin and Florida, purge voter rolls of millions of names, many of whom will be of eligible voters whose names were removed as a result of error and a huge majority of whom will be Democrats.

Once that is done, the number of Democrats disenfranchised by Voter ID and Proof of Citizenship laws will be multiplied ten times.

The people then go to the poles to vote on beliefs in a reality that doesn't exist . They are pure EVIL !!!

To brush off the statement "No secretary of state or board of elections in the country has reported massive voter fraud of illegal voting" he is saying that the states cannot be trusted. All this kind of rhetoric will do is cause even more division in an already divided country.

we know which states got skimmed (or scammed) and we know trump got in the White House because russia helped him get in there.

Kobach and his commission exist to bury the evidence before some slow-poke panel gets around to discovering what is truth.
