House Democrats are starting to outraise their Republican counterparts

Source: Washington Post

House Democrats have continued raising money at a historic pace, with the party campaign committee beating its Republican counterpart for the second quarter of 2017, according to fundraising data obtained by The Washington Post.

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee is set to report June receipts of $10.7 million Thursday, bringing its quarterly total to $29.1 million and its year-to-date total to just shy of $60 million.

Tyler Law, a DCCC spokesman, said a “solid majority” of the 2017 haul are small donations from the grass roots, which reflects “the massive amount of Democratic energy and widespread rejection of the Republican agenda.”

“These grass-roots supporters will help to sustain our momentum across the largest battlefield in a decade and keep the House in play,” Law said.

I vote for Democrats but still worry who gives them the big donations. Democrats need to reach out to their base and do what we want if they want to blow out the Republicans.. We know who is giving the Republicans money, Koch -a- Kola!

I want my Party un-beholden to Special Interests. Is it not ok to question? Must we accept whatever they do just because they are Democrats or is it ok to try to make our Party better, more OURS?

that liberals do nothing about

here's some simple math that dems ignore but explains why the flat earther racists win anything:

at a cheap $1000/hr x 15hrs/day x 5 = $75,000/wk x 1200 stations, rw talk radio is worth $18MIL/day or 390MIL$ /month or 4.68 BIL$/ year FREE for coordinated global warming denial, pro republican free market deregulation and wall st think tank propaganda, swiftboating, and the hate and fear used to get people to vote republican.

the Sinclair local syndicated news programs (now required to have a pro Trump piece every day), and all the state and local newspapers bought up by RW media.

another part of the political spectrum

talk radio is the only medium they can do the constant repeated lying without challenge. fix/challenge radio and the others follow. talk radio is the base of that pyramid, yet the idiot polllsters don't even poll for it.

The Kock Bros. and the DeVos family and the rest of the autocrats will still out pace everyone from the Black Money I don't think the grass roots can match that money.

One nice fat check from one of the Koch brothers can level the playing field or tilt it the opposite way

VOTING MACHINES DO. VOTER SUPPRESSION DOES.

Hey Dems: How about focusing on what affects the actual results of an election instead of thinking only about money?
