Trump: North korea will be met with fire and fury President Trump: North Korea will be met with 'fire and fury'

41 Mins Ago | 00:27

President Donald Trump on Tuesday warned North Korea about facing "fire and fury" if the isolated nation makes more threats to the United States.

"They will be met with fire and fury like the world has never seen. He has been very threatening ... and I said they will be met with fire, fury and frankly power the likes of which this world has never seen before," Trump told reporters during what he calls a "working vacation" at his New Jersey golf club.

His comments came hours after revelations Pyongyang has successfully created a miniaturized nuclear weapon designed to fit inside its missiles.

The development raises the stakes for Trump and other world leaders, who already faced difficult and limited options in dealing with North Korea's aggression.

I guess we should be glad it's not Jared or Ivanka...

Also word is, Loretta Lynch once met with Bill Clinton on a plane, so obviously that's taking up much of POTUS' gray matter, which for once is kind of a relief.

nothing shady or suspicious about that at all.

Speaking of which, you know how Trump is always projecting? It's like he KNOWS he's not the legit prez, so he keeps attacking Hillary to undermine the fact that he knows she really won.

'Reports that North Korea has developed miniaturized nuclear weapons that can be fitted onto an intercontinental ballistic missile means the United States will have to accept the fact that it will need to it will have to move into a period of "mutual deterrance," retired NATO Commander Gen. Wesley Clark said Tuesday.

"We're going to have to accept the fact that if their capability stands, that in the event of war on the Korean peninsula, the United States homeland is not safe, and therefore this makes deterrence more complicated," Clark said during a panel discussion on MSNBC's "Craig Melvin" show.'>>>

Does he need any authorization? The only agreement was an armistice that stated both sides should reconvene in 3 months to discuss peace but that never happened.

I hope that some adult has put a block on the nuclear weapons codes. I think Kim is a rational actor - a kleptocrat who only wants to keep his deal going. I'm less sure about Trump.
