Trump in Corpus Christi, "What A Crowd, What A Turnout"

Trump addressed a crowd gathered outside the firehouse where he just met with state, federal and local officials for a Harvey briefing.
Not all were supportive; one held a sign calling Trump a "liar, cheat, racist" and another sign read "You pardoned Joe, what about Jose?"
Trump stood across the street in the driveway of the firehouse. He stepped on top of a low stool and spoke into a microphone
"Thank you everybody," Trump said, waving.
After pledging to "get you back and operating immediately," Trump remarked on the crowd size gathered to hear him speak -- as if he were at a rally.
"What a crowd, what a turnout," Trump said.
