And that would be the demographic that would eagerly believe him.

(22,114 posts)lucky, he'll resign after another bad press day.
I wouldn't mind him suffering either, after eating another fried piece of chicken or the like, and having an heart attack. But this will leave us w/ Pence, another bad choice...it is not like he gives a crap about us either, believe me, w/ the way he's taking our health insurance, downgrading our social security almost on a daily basis, increasing the national debt in order to pay off a few billionaires, and so forth.

"Constructive dialogue between the United States and Russia affords the opportunity to open new pathways toward peace and stability in our world"
That sort of thing.

(2,212 posts)I can't imagine he'd go that route, though. The national outrage is already at the boiling point and I think he knows it. This is bound to be some kind of damage control. I'm expecting some "Fake news!" remarks, some platitudes, and a whole lot of word salad.

I'd bet the farm that this spin is all going to be about cleaning up the FBIin other words, getting rid of Mueller.
Mueller's work is the only thing holding back Putin, and it must be pissing him off.
